The principal of Onicha Secondary School, Ezinihitte LGA in Imo State recently wrote a petition to the Commissioner of police Imo state on the serial rape incidents in her school. The alleged rapist is said to be in police detention, and the matter is before the Commissioner of Police, Imo State. Read the petition after the cut...
